Site looks fine, but the phone isn’t ringing?
Your site looks fine. It got 60 visits last month and one enquiry. The problem is usually not the design.
Sound familiar?
“We’re on page four for the thing we actually do.”
We find the searches your customers really type — not the ones you’d expect — then build the pages that answer them.
“The enquiry form has been broken since the last update.”
We test the things that make you money — forms, phone links, online orders — and keep testing them after the site goes live.
“Our competitor’s site is worse than ours and gets more work.”
Usually it comes down to reviews, Google Business Profile and page speed. All three are fixable, and none of them need a rebuild.
What we do
Your website, and the channels that decide whether anyone reaches it.
- Websites — new builds, refreshes and online stores. Fast, mobile first, and easy enough that you can update them yourself. We host them, keep them patched, and watch the speed.
- Search — audits, keyword research, local SEO and the technical work underneath. The unglamorous part that gets you ranking for what you sell, in Christchurch.
- Google Business Profile — the listing most local customers see long before they reach your website. It’s free, and it’s usually the most neglected thing you own.
- Google Ads — for when the phone needs to ring this month rather than next quarter.
- Social and email — staying in front of the customers who already know you. Cheaper than finding new ones, and it works.
- Reporting — what came in, where it came from, and what it cost you. In a language you can read.

We look at your site the way a customer does, then the way Google does, and tell you what’s costing you enquiries.
How it performs
Speed, mobile, and the things that quietly stop people getting to the end.
Whether you’re found
Search visibility and your Google Business Profile, against the people you compete with.
Where the leads leak
The path from landing on your site to picking up the phone, and where people give up.
Every tool we put in front of you is one we run on our own business first. When something stops earning its keep, we drop it here before we ever recommend it to you.
A job like this, start to finish
Here is the shape of a typical job.
A trades business has a website that looks perfectly good and produces almost nothing. Sixty visits a month, one enquiry a quarter. The owner assumes the design is the problem and asks for a rebuild.
It isn’t the design. The site takes nine seconds to load on a phone, the Google Business Profile has no photos and two reviews, and the enquiry form has been emailing an address nobody reads since the last update. We fix those three things in a fortnight. The rebuild can wait, and it may not be needed at all.
